Meet Brett Godin.

Brett’s passion for fitness began from personal experience. As a teenager, he struggled with his weight before deciding to completely turn his life around. Over one summer, he lost 90 pounds and discovered a deep connection to training, nutrition, and the discipline that drives real change. That transformation set the foundation for everything he’s built since.

With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Brett has helped thousands of people transform their bodies and lives.

His background in kinesiology, nutrition, and hormone management allows him to approach health from every angle, combining science, structure, and accountability to create lasting results.

Brett is known for his straightforward approach to coaching. He believes in meeting people where they are, helping them overcome limiting beliefs, and guiding them to become stronger both physically and mentally.

His philosophy centres around daily progress: small, consistent steps that compound into lifelong change.

For Brett, fitness isn’t just a career. it’s the foundation for a better life.

Outside of coaching, Brett is a husband, father of two, and lifelong athlete who loves spending time outdoors. Whether he’s snowboarding in winter or hiking in summer, he lives the same lifestyle he teaches to his clients.

His mission is to help others find that same sense of purpose, health, and fulfillment through discipline and consistency.

Brett Godin brings over 15 years of experience in coaching, fitness, and holistic health to The Den Fitness. With a background in kinesiology, nutrition, hormone management, and fertility, Brett’s approach integrates science with lifestyle balance to help people perform at their best year-round. Originally from British Columbia, he’s a proud husband and father who lives the active lifestyle he teaches, whether on the slopes in winter or outdoors with his family in summer. Having coached thousands toward their physical and personal goals, Brett’s mission is simple: to help others build a foundation of health and vitality that supports living life to its fullest.
